Leticia Trujillo

photo, bio Leticia is Lead Care Manager and provides care, guidance, and support to individuals and families experiencing homelessness as they work toward stable housing and greater well-being. She approaches her work through a whole-person lens, recognizing that lasting change often means supporting many interconnected parts of a person’s life—from housing and health to relationships, emotional well-being, and a sense of belonging.

Drawing from her own life experiences, Leticia has learned the power of people lifting one another up and believes no one should have to navigate life’s hardest moments alone. That perspective shapes the compassion, resilience, and hope she brings to her clients every day.

Outside of work, Leticia recharges in nature, seeks out adventures with friends and family, and is always happy to find an excuse for a good cup of coffee and an even better book.
