Katelyn Brady, LMFT

Katelyn Brady works with children, teens, young adults, parents, and families, helping them navigate life’s challenges, relationships, and important transitions. She creates a warm, supportive space where people can better understand what they’re experiencing, build practical tools for managing emotions and difficult moments, strengthen relationships and communication, and work toward the goals that matter most to them.

Katelyn especially loves helping people better understand themselves, grow through difficult experiences, and recognize their own capacity to create meaningful change. She has completed all 3,000 supervised hours required toward becoming a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist while at PHP, reflecting both her commitment to the profession and the community she serves.

A Santa Ynez Valley native, Katelyn is now raising her own family in the community that shaped her. Outside of her work, she is a dancer who loves being in nature—two places where she finds joy, connection, and room to recharge.
