JC Preciado

JC Preciado is the Finance Director at People Helping People, where they make sure the numbers add up—literally. Before joining the staff, JC served on PHP’s Board of Directors, giving them a unique perspective on the organization, its mission, and the responsibility that comes with stewarding resources entrusted to PHP by the community.

Today, JC keeps PHP’s financial operations running smoothly behind the scenes, ensuring the organization has clear, accurate financial information to make thoughtful decisions, plan for the future, and continue changing lives for the better.

Growing up, JC had a deep appreciation for Mister Rogers and the lessons he shared about kindness, neighbors, and caring for the people around us. Those values have stayed with JC and fit naturally with a career that ultimately brought them to an organization built around the idea of people helping people.

Outside of PHP, JC shares a close relationship with their family. When they aren’t balancing the books, you’ll likely find them on the tennis court or out on the golf course, chasing a very different kind of scorecard.
