Donna Ramos

Donna Ramos is PHP’s Client Triage Advocate and is often the first person someone meets when they reach out for help. She listens without judgment, helps identify immediate needs, connects individuals and families with the right resources and services, and makes sure each person feels heard, respected, and supported as they determine what comes next.

Donna’s own life experiences have shaped the compassion and understanding she brings to every conversation, helping her connect with people on a deeper level and recognize that every situation—and every person—is different.

For Donna, helping someone is about more than offering a hand or finding a resource. It is about reminding people, especially in some of life’s hardest moments, that they do not have to navigate what comes next alone.
