Camron Bamonte brings a natural spirit of welcome and connection to People Helping People. Born and raised in Lompoc, Camron joins PHP with more than 12 years of experience in clerical and hospitality roles and a decade of experience working in public schools—experiences that have taught him the importance of meeting people with patience, kindness, and a willingness to help.

Camron is fluent in American Sign Language and is actively involved in the local Deaf community, including hosting community Deaf events that create opportunities for people to gather, communicate, and feel connected. His ability to build bridges across different experiences and ways of communicating reflects something at the heart of PHP: everyone deserves to feel welcomed, understood, and included.

Outside of work, Camron enjoys video games, making ice cream, hiking, and exploring new places. He and his husband, Jacob, have been together for 16 years, and when Camron isn’t planning his dream trip across Europe, you might find him enjoying Mexican food with an iced spiced chai tea close at hand.
