Utility Assistance

Help with gas and electric bills is available from PHP and its partners, (St. Vincent de Paul and the Santa Ynez Valley Presbyterian Church) to prevent turn-off. You must have a ten day notice of turn-off. Individuals/families must be experiencing a temporary financial emergency, have a plan to stabilize financially, and pass a drug test. Help is available only once per 12 month period
