Rent Assistance

Rent or mortgage assistance is available from PHP and its partners, St. Vincent de Paul and the
Santa Ynez Valley Presbyterian Church) to prevent homelessness. Individuals/families must be
experiencing a temporary financial emergency, have a plan to stabilize financially, and pass a
drug test. A home visit may be required. Help is available only once per 12 month period.
