PHP’s financial statements undergo an audit by an independent C.P.A. each year.  In the eight years that PHP has received an audit, PHP has received an “unqualified” opinion for its audits.

People Helping People receives funding from more than fifty major sources, including all individual and business contributions as one category each. For fiscal year 2010-11 revenue sources as a percentage of the total are as follows:

People Helping People’s overhead costs remain extremely low as a percentage of total expense. Administrative (5.6%) and fund raising (4.8%) expenses in 2010-11 were a total of 10.4% of expense or $185,118.
